Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Job Description & Requirements Critical Care - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Night 12;Weekend;On Call Pay Rate: $106.70 - $115.50 This facility is seeking a Critical Care Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Mostly night shift needed 7p - 7a and 7a - 7p Intensivist in house Practice Setting: Inpatient Type of cases and required procedures: Must be able to perform intubations, central line insertion, and arterial line insertion. Credentialing timeframe: 45-60 days Certifications required: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS) Licensure required: Must have an active Texas License, must be Board Certified, Transferable Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) Facility Location This city is home to Candy Cane Park and also very close to the famous Lake Conroe where it got its name from. Corinna Kirsch, the famous art critic, is from Conroe. During the oil profits in the 1930's, for a short period of time, Conroe boasted having many millionaires living in its city, and in 1955, Elvis Presley performed at a High School football field in Conroe.
