**Experience and Requirements:** - Circulate, scrub, and charge experience REQUIRED. - Minimum of 2 years of experience REQUIRED. - Previous Charge Experience: Preferred. - Trauma Level I Experience: Required. - Must have experience in general, ortho, spine, trauma, and neuro (specifically craniotomies). **Certifications and Licensure:** - Active, unrestricted Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license REQUIRED. - BLS (Basic Life Support) certification REQUIRED. - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification REQUIRED. **Skills:** - Experience in complex surgical procedures including but not limited to Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, craniotomy, spinal fusion, and gunshot/stab wounds. - Experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System and laparoscopic assisted procedures. - Ability to handle high volume and fast-paced OR environment. - Neuro and trauma, endovascular/vascular experience required. **Clinical Environment:** - Must have Level I trauma experience; will consider highly skilled clinician with recent Level II trauma experience in a similar facility. - Experience in a teaching short-term acute care facility preferred. - Trauma Level I teaching hospital with 11 high-volume OR rooms specializing in ortho, trauma, and spine cases. **Shift and On-Call Requirements:** - Shift: 3 x 12-hour night shifts (1900-0700), call required. - On-Call Requirement: Up to 8 weekday shifts, up to 9 (12 hour) weekend call shifts defined as any Friday, Saturday, Sunday in a 13 week period, with a 30-minute recall. **Additional Requirements:** - Two professional references required, one from the most recent employer within 1 year of start, the second can be within two years. - Familiarity with Cerner Charting System preferred (please review specific job posting for details). - Must be able to float within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital as per job role and abilities. - Must complete necessary compliance documentation within specified time frames. **Floating and Scheduling:** - No floating into other roles; may float to other areas as helping hands according to job role and abilities. - Blocked scheduling for weekends available. - Must be comfortable with floating based on job description without restrictions. **Other Details:** - Locals accepted. - Free parking provided. - Scrubs are provided for OR RNs. - Flu and COVID-19 vaccines are not required.
