Scrum Master

Senior Scrum MasterWe are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions while fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and Agile best practices. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who excels in fast-paced environments, removes roadblocks, and helps teams successfully navigate ambiguity and changing priorities.Top ResponsibilitiesLead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Coach and guide Agile teams to achieve sprint goals while promoting Scrum best practices and continuous improvement.Identify and remove impediments, manage cross-team dependencies, and support accurate sprint forecasting and delivery.Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment, communication, and successful project execution.Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and drive accountability for Agile delivery commitments.Required QualificationsProven experience as a Senior Scrum Master leading Agile software development teams.Strong facilitation, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Experience managing dependencies, sprint planning, forecasting, and delivery in Agile environments.Ability to lead teams through ambiguity, shifting priorities, and rapid change.Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools such as Mural.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting eCommerce or customer-facing digital products.Retail or store operations experience.Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.Key SkillsAgile & Scrum LeadershipSprint Planning & RetrospectivesTeam CoachingDependency ManagementAgile ForecastingJira & ConfluenceMuralMicrosoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint)Stakeholder CommunicationeCommerceCross-Functional CollaborationNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
