If you take pride in your work and enjoy being on the move, this role is for you!What You'll DoAs a Day Porter, you'll be the eyes and ears of the property, making sure everything looks its best:Keep the property clean and presentable throughout the dayPick up trash and empty receptaclesSweep, mop, dust, and wipe down surfacesClean restrooms and high-traffic areasClean exterior doors, windows, and windowsillsRemove debris like stickers, gum, spills, and graffitiWalk the property regularly to inspect cleanlinessReport maintenance or repair needs to your supervisorAlways use required safety equipment (we've got you covered!)What We're Looking ForYou might be a great fit if you are:A strong communicator in English or Spanish – both written and verbalFamiliar with using a mobile device (such as a cell phone or tablet) regularly for time keeping and document reviewEnjoys providing friendly customer serviceReliable, punctual, and detail-orientedComfortable working independentlyPhysically active and enjoy being on your feet outdoorsExperienced in janitorial, custodial, or porter work (preferred—but not required!)Physical Requirements:On your feet throughout the shiftBending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pullingLifting and carrying up to 50 lbsWalking stairs and large properties regularlyWhat We OfferWe believe in taking care of our team:Weekly Pay with optional direct deposit401(k) with Company MatchGrowth opportunities in a fast-growing companyA supportive, inclusive workplace cultureOur CultureWe value diversity, respect, and individuality.
