Construction Project Manager

Location: Wisconsin, USA Salary: Up to $130,000 + benefits Experience: 3–5 years Sector: Commercial / Residential Construction We’re working with a growing developer in Wisconsin that is looking to appoint a Construction Project Manager to join their Owner’s team. This is a great opportunity for a 3–5 year construction professional with a background in commercial or residential projects who wants to move into an Owner’s-side role and take greater responsibility for the overall delivery of projects. The Role Manage construction projects from pre-construction through completion Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers Monitor programme, budget, quality and project performance Review drawings, RFIs, submittals and change orders Conduct site visits and oversee day-to-day construction activity Report progress and risks to senior management Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget About You 3–5 years’ construction/project management experience Commercial or residential construction background Strong understanding of construction processes and project delivery Good communication and contractor-management skills Able to work independently and take ownership of projects Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field is preferred Package: Up to $130,000 + benefits, depending on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Corevia Search
