- Patient Volume:9,500
- Coverage Model:24 hours daily Physician Coverage
- Number of Beds:25 inpatient beds, 8 ED beds critical access hospital
- EMR: EPIC
Qualifications
- Licensure:WV Medical License and DEA
- Board Certification:ABMS of AOA in EM, IM, or FM board certified or board eligible and within 5 years of completion of residency or fellowship program
- Badges:
- Non-EM Boarded MD/DOs: ACLS, BLS, and PALS required, along with proof of ATLS at least once in the past.
- EM Boarded MD/DOs: Proof of ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS at least once in the past.
AboutWar Memorial Hospital: A non-profit healthcare facility, War Memorial Hospital opened its doors in 2012 and has 25 inpatient beds, 16 long-term care beds, and an eight-bed Emergency Department. Our state-of-the-art hospital is leading the way in medical services for Morgan County, West Virginia. War Memorial Hospital is a licensed Critical Access Hospital, innovating the way we provide health care to our community. Our 87,000 square-foot facility boasts upgraded technologies throughout. From new operation rooms to a helipad to outpatient rehab, our hospital truly stands out. We even offer ample, convenient parking, keeping the overall patient and visitor experience in mind.
