The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a 26 ft box truck to deliver and install household appliances to residential and commercial customers. This role requires a blend of driving expertise, physical capability, and technical proficiency to handle installations, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a safety-first work environment.Qualifications and ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, etc.).Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools.Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain accurate records.Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow all safety protocols.What You Bring:MUST be 21+ years of ageAbility to lift/pull/push/load/unload/move 100+ lbs. using proper equipment.Strong customer service and communication skills.Comfort with GPS navigation and smartphone apps.Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles (preferred).Familiarity with appliance installation tools and basic plumbing/electrical (a plus!).Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical.Valid Driver's License with current for hire endorsementWhy Temco?Best-in-Class Pay with dense routes – maximize earnings.Paid Training – no experience needed!Uniforms & PPE ProvidedMedical + FREE Dental & Vision401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off & HolidaysCareer Growth Opportunities – advance into leadership roles.Apply now and become part of a team that's redefining final mile delivery.Temco Logistics is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
