Sanitation Shift LeaderDonuts Stop Believin' manufactures fresh donuts for 170+ Dunkin' locations across the Tampa area every single night. Our Sanitation Leader plays a critical role in making that happen — overseeing a team of Sanitation Specialists, enforcing food safety standards, and working alongside department leaders to keep every corner of the facility clean and compliant. This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership, works independently, and holds their team to a high standard.What You'll Do:Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sanitation Specialists to complete all nightly sanitation tasks safely and on timeAudit sanitation activities throughout the facility and communicate any deficienciesTrain team members on proper cleaning procedures, GMPs, and food safety standardsEnsure all equipment is cleaned and sanitized on scheduleComplete and verify the nightly Sanitation ChecklistIdentify safety violations and report them promptly to the Plant ManagerSubmit maintenance and repair needs to the Maintenance SupervisorHold your team accountable to uniform, hygiene, punctuality, and company policiesWhat We're Looking For:Prior sanitation experience, preferably in a food manufacturing or production environmentProven ability to lead a team of 2 or moreServSafe certification (or equivalent) preferred — not requiredSelf-starter who can manage their team and workload with minimal supervisionStrong communicator who can work cross-functionally with other department leadersAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsAvailable for overnight shifts, 12:00am - 8:00am on a 7-day flexible scheduleWhat You'll Earn:Starting pay $17.00-$20.00/hourPaid Time Off (PTO)Anniversary BonusMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401k with Company matchRoom to grow into senior leadership within the facilityDonuts Stop Believin' is an equal opportunity employer.Work Schedule8 hour shiftMonday to FridayNight shiftWeekend availability
