Healthcare Team Lead at The Judge Group. Hybrid Flexibility: 1 day per week (typically Friday) Assignment: 3-month temp-to-perm About the Role Our client is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their healthcare team. This role combines in-office care with telehealth services , offering a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to transition into a permanent position. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive healthcare both in-office and via telehealth. Evaluate and manage acute and chronic illnesses with a focus on prevention. Prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and provide counseling. Participate in wellness programs and supervise staff when leadership is off-site. Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards. Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant . Comfortable with telehealth platforms and hybrid work.
