Customer Service/Accounting/Office Manager

Job Description

Customer Service:

Deal directly with customer either by telephone, electronically or face to face
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer comlpaints
Direct requests and unresolved issues to designated resource
Maintain customer/vendor database
Work with sales team to assist in managing customer accounts

Accounting:

Review accounts receivable for overdue invoices
Contact customers for payment
Review open sales order reports
Process invoices for orders and sales
Process weekly accounts payable check run
Receive/monitor/adjust inventory in Sage 50 (eventually Sage 100)
Provide monthly and YTD salesperson register
Complete monthly sales/use tax returns
Answer credit requests on customers
Inquire about prospective customers' credit
Complete monthly bank reconciliation

Office Manager:

Maintain office records
Design and maintain filing systems
