Job Description Job Description Summary: Performs a variety of basic accounting duties according to established policies and procedures. Responsibilities Apply accounting principles to analyze financial information Prepare financial reports by performing reconciliation and resolving discrepancies Prepare and/or review monthly financial statements and variance analysis Assist in preparing for internal audits and monthly closings Physical Demands and Work Environment OSHA BLOOD BORN PATHOGENS EXPOSURE No Exposure Minimum Qualifications Bachelor 0s Degree: Accounting (Required) Additional Job Description Minimum qualifications for this position are: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Financial accounting experience (journal entry posting, balance sheet reconciliation, expense accruals, etc.) Strong skills in Microsoft Office, emphasis on Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) Analytical and problem solving skills Ability to work well with others General knowledge of GAAP Experience with Workday and/or hospital/healthcare accounting is a plus but not required.
