MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for a beautiful property located in Portland, OR. Responsibilities This person will be responsible for building and training their team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and managing all operational tasks to help the property thrive. Qualifications Must have recent experience managing a fast‑paced apartment community. Supervisory/management experience is required. Team building and effective management skills are essential. Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, and sales are required. Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. All employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings during the performance of their work duties. Compensation and Benefits Monthly and performance‑based incentive bonuses.
