Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:Manage the accurate and timely setup, maintenance, and exception processing of global product reference data across multiple asset classes, including fixed income, equities, structured products, and listed derivativesPrioritize and manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines and escalating issues appropriately when neededIdentify and implement process improvement opportunities that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen controls, reduce risk, and improve client serviceMaintain and steward Security Master data, ensuring data quality and supporting clients through the investigation and resolution of product lifecycle eventsAnalyze complex data issues raised by internal and external stakeholders, collaborate across teams to identify root causes, and develop both tactical and strategic solutionsResearch, investigate, and resolve data exceptions identified through control processes, ensuring timely and accurate updates within Security Master and Broadridge systems, including interest/accrual breaks and vendor reconciliation discrepanciesPartner with key stakeholders across Front Office Sales & Trading, Syndicate Operations, Middle Office, Clearance, Settlements, Asset Servicing, Market Risk, Technology, Tax Operations, and Finance to ensure operational accuracy, provide subject matter expertise, and support regulatory and business initiativesAdhere to risk management standards by maintaining procedures, executing effective controls, and ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory requirementsRequired Qualifications:6+ months of Institutional Investment Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, reference data management, and securities across multiple asset classesAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of ownershipAbility to build partnerships and collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levelsExperience with Security Master data platforms and market data vendorsExperience with Broadridge applications, including IMPACT, GLOSS, and BPSFamiliarity with third party market data products (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, S&P Global, ICE Data Services, etc..)Job Expectations:Ability to work a hybrid scheduleWillingness to work on-site at stated location on the job openingExpected hours are 9AM - 6PM with ability to work additional hours as needed depending on volumes (Will be required to work 11-8 PM shift as needed).Ability to work additional hours as neededThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipPosting Location:550 S Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 28202This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check.
