We currently have an opening for Production Lead in our iNRCORE, located in Bristol, PA. This position is critical to the success of our production operations and will be responsible for coordinating workflow, supporting the production team, and ensuring consistent output and quality. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, dependable, and capable of providing day-to-day leadership while performing hands-on assembly or machine operation tasks.

Details of the Role:

The Production Lead will perform advanced assembly or machine operation work while providing guidance, training, and workflow coordination for production staff. This role acts as the first point of support on the production floor for questions, task assignments, troubleshooting, and process clarification. The Production Lead plays a key role in maintaining schedule adherence, quality compliance, and efficient production flow.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strong data analysis ability to review and verify correctness of the data 
• · Ensure all test equipment has up to date calibration. 
• · Trouble shoot failures and relay possible solutions to the Production Supervisor or Engineering 
• · Test for the following (but not limited to): Voltech, D.C. Resistance, Inductance, Insulation resistance measurement 
• · Set up tests for test technicians and verify tests have been completed correctly and results meet required criteria 
• · Maintain fixtures and golden samples for current and new product. 
• · Troubleshoot and repair test fixtures as needed. 
• · Solid computer skills especially in the use of Microsoft Excel and an understand and access to SAP documentation.
• · Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills, assist engineering in the development of test programs for manufacturing. 
• · Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goals. 
• · Provide training on iNRCORE manufacturing and test methods, Workmanship Standards and Documentation practices 
• · Maintain a professional work ethic, clean work area and safe work practices. 
• · Perform other duties as outlined by direct supervisor.

Qualifying Attributes and Skills:

• • Two-year technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in testing and troubleshooting processes, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience using electronic test equipment such as network analyzers, LCR/LCZ bridges, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and similar testing instrumentation.
  • Basic understanding of analog circuits, test procedures, and manufacturing test processes.
  • Proficiency in the use of analog and electronic test equipment, including network analyzers and oscilloscopes.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to review, interpret, and verify the accuracy of test data and results.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and manufacturing documentation systems.
  • Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot product failures, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
