Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health requirements, determining appropriate levels of care and intervention.

• Developing, implementing, and adapting evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's individual goals, ensuring strategies align with best practices in addiction therapy.

• Providing individual therapy, couples counseling, and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Participating in case conferences and collaborative meetings with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care and continuity of treatment.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation of client sessions as well as confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engaging in continuous professional development through clinical supervision and training to enhance skills and stay current with advancements in mental healthcare.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals battling addiction and mental health crises, including those experiencing trauma, emotional distress, and suicidal ideation. You will work with a broad spectrum of the community, understanding and respecting cultural sensitivities and the diverse backgrounds of clients, thereby fostering a welcoming and understanding atmosphere for healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a mental health discipline (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, etc.) is necessary.

• Active and independent LMHC license, validating your eligibility to provide mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
