Job Summary: The Client is looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Lead to lead Human Resources Service Delivery implementations and support enterprise HR transformation initiatives.
Must-Have:
- 7+ years of ServiceNow experience with HRSD specialization.
- Hands-on implementation experience with HR Case Management.
- Expertise in Employee Center (ESC) and HR Knowledge Management.
- Experience configuring Lifecycle Events and Employee Workflows.
- Strong knowledge of IntegrationHub and HR system integrations (Workday/SAP SuccessFactors).
- JavaScript, Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Service Portal experience.
- ServiceNow CSA and CIS-HRSD Certification.
- Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills.
