Job Title: Paint line Production Worker

Job Description

The prep laborer will rotate between washing and prepping products, loading and unloading paint lines, and eventually will be trained in powder coating. The role involves spraying powder coat paint on metal parts and performing quality inspections to ensure a smooth finish.

Responsibilities

• Wash and prep products for painting.
• Load and unload paint lines.
• Spray powder coat paint on metal parts.
• Perform quality inspections on painted parts.

Essential Skills

• 6+ months of manufacturing or general labor experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and handle metal parts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with general labor tasks such as package handling, racking, and painting.

Work Environment

This role is based in a large manufacturing facility that is fast-paced and somewhat physical. Employees must be self-motivated and able to work in an environment without temperature control, which can get hot in the summers.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
