What you’ll do Provide therapy Maintain a caseload of ~25 client sessions per week Complete documentation in a timely manner Collaborate with a supportive, values-driven team We value clinician autonomy and trust our therapists’ expertise and clinical judgment. Compensation & Benefits $41–$59 per session W-2 employment (not contract) Health insurance Paid time off, Paid sick leave and floating holidays CEU support Steady referral stream (no need to build your own caseload) Schedule & Flexibility Full-time role (average 25 sessions/week for full time) Some evening availability is needed to meet client demand Hybrid model: a mix of in-person (Chicago area) and telehealth We have four office locations in various Chicago neighborhoods: Edison Park,Forest Park Old Irving Park and Sauganash. ***PLEASE NOTE***Old Irving Park is currently closed to Provisionally Licensed Clinicians.Sauganash is only available Thursday-Sunday and closed forcurrently closed to Provisionally Licensed Clinicians We aim to build schedules that are both client-accessible and clinician-sustainable.
