Ideal candidates will reside in Southern California! Assisted living clinical experience is preferred. Must have a valid CA LVN license in good standing.

Salary range: $105,000 - $115,000

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Health Services Specialist, who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

The Regional Health Services Specialist is a licensed nurse responsible for managing the day-to-day healthcare operations of the assigned communities to ensure residents healthcare needs are met. Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensure quality care as residents healthcare needs change. Supervises licensed nurses and other direct care team members within the community. Strengthens clinical processes within the community until a replacement is identified, then supports newly assigned Health Services Director. Travels within the organization to support the management of vacant positions, startup communities, vacations/leave of absences, etc.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Vocational Nurse holding a valid California nursing license in good standing
• Prefer Four (4) years experience working in Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)
• Prefer Three (3) year experience supervising and managing employees
• Prefer Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) license
• Able to effectively teach/train staff
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test within 72 hours of start date.
