Associate/ Analyst, Product & Segment Marketing (Investment Products & Advisory, Bancassurance), Group Marketing & Communications

Group Marketing & Communications (GM&C) is responsible for building, protecting, and enhancing the DBS brand in an increasingly commoditised banking industry. Working closely with all units within the DBS Group, we create and execute integrated strategies that focus on communications especially digital communications, marketing and research to differentiate – and elevate – our brand from the rest of the competition.

The role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for the Consumer Banking Group’s (CBG) products and segments. This includes, but is not limited to, Investment Products & Advisory (IP&A), Bancassurance, and other products.

The incumbent will work closely with business teams and external partners to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and product penetration across various customer segments.

• Maintain accurate Monthly Expense Trackers to monitor budget utilization and avoid overruns.
• Manage and reconcile Advertising & Promotion budgets across both group-level allocations and product-level budgets.
• Handle PO creation, invoice processing, and contract approval in compliance with internal procurement standards.

• Monitor brand health, product sentiment, and competitor activity through social listening tool (Sprinklr) to derive actionable marketing insights.
• Lead day-to-day management of creative, media, and digital agencies, overseeing deliverables, quality control, compliance, and cost efficiency.

• Operational liaison for Marketing OMT and Marketing Workbench to support BUSUs.
• Agentic AI coordinator, to facilitate workflow management, and system training for internal stakeholders.

• Participate in end-to-end production for Marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Coordinate video production and shooting, from briefing to post-production delivery.
• Manage campaign material adaptation across various touchpoints and localized formats.
• Execute media placement strategy and ensure timely rollout across media channels.
• Drive digital and social content development to maintain continuous segment engagement.

• Deliver full marketing, branding, and event management support for key internal and external events, including:
• Management Townhalls and executive visits
• CBG Townhalls
• Sales Awards Dinner
• Manage vendor setup, on-site execution, collaterals, and communication materials.

• Act as the marketing focal point for Bancassurance and Investment Products & Advisory.
• Plan, execute, and deliver end-to-end daily marketing activities aligned with product launches and business targets

• University graduate with degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or Communications
• Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, particularly in integrated campaign management and digital/social channels, preferably banking, financial services, credit cards, consumer banking. Candidates with more experience will be considered at Associate level
• Experience in integrated campaigns planning and execution with a good understanding of above-the-line, below-the-line, social media, app marketing, digital marketing and analytics 
• Creative minded, detail-oriented, and good project management & presentation skills 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Attention to detail and accuracy 
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
