Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will play a vital role in providing supportive services to these populations, ensuring each client feels understood, respected, and empowered in their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Colorado.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and culturally competent treatment approaches.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy in both virtual and in-person settings.

• Strong skills in crisis intervention along with the capability to manage difficult situations with poise.

• Excellent communication skills, enabling you to connect and build rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using EHR systems, ensuring all patient interactions are documented accurately and securely.

• A strong commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and maintaining healthy professional boundaries.

Preferred Experience\n

Prior experience in a multicultural or community health setting is highly regarded. Familiarity with the unique challenges faced by the LGBTQ+ community and immigrant populations will significantly enhance your contribution to our team. Additional training in evidence-based therapies such as CBT or DBT is considered beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
