Requirements: Board Certifications Req d/Preferred: BC State License(s) / IMLC Req d?: Willing to license with IMLC w/ Clean Background DEA Req d?: DEA Minimum Experience Req d: 2 years Are vaccines mandatory?: no Additional requirements/details to screen for?: well rounded Neurosurgeon that is BC that can come in and fit with culture of Cone health Privileging Timeframe: 60-90 days Willing To License?: YES with LOQ in hand IMLC Accepted?: NC is not IMLC
