Description: Data Collection: Unit Information: Number of Beds - 32

Number of Staff - Approximately 35 therapists and 50 nurses

Day Shift Staff: 8 OTs, 8 PTs, 1 Rehab Aide, 7 Nurses, 3 PCTs, 1 UC

Night Shift: Not applicable

Patient Ratios: Not applicable

Expecting 5 to 12 hours of treatment

Type of Equipment: H200/L300, BURT EMR - Meditech

Typical Hiring Profile: Most recruited for: Initiative and knowledge of inpatient rehab

Preferred or nice to have: Previous experience in inpatient rehab

Open to working on weekends (minimum of 2 per 4-week period expected)

List of Typical Procedures Performed: Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Evaluations

Usual inpatient rehab treatments

Best Personality Fit: Outgoing Flexible Knowledgeable

Weekends and On-call: Minimum of 2 per 4-week period required
