Distribution Associate - 1st Shift Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Distribution Associate - 1st Shift to join their team. As a Distribution Associate - 1st Shift, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the distribution process. Location: SOMERSET, PA Pay Range: $16.00/hour Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM What's the Job? Accurately retrieve and pack customer orders using voice-directed warehouse picking system and paper orders Package orders ensuring no shipping damage and compliance with shipping guidelines Verify part numbers and quantities for accuracy Operate forklift, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely and efficiently Combine stock according to customer orders, ensuring proper packaging and no damage What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED No prior work experience necessary Forklift certification or prior experience preferred Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely Reliable attendance and punctuality What's in it for me?
