- Respond to leak repair calls in a timely and professional manner
- Inspect, diagnose, and locate leaks on EPDM, TPO, and PVC roofs
- Perform roof repairs efficiently and effectively
- Document findings and repairs accurately
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and project managers
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicle in good condition
- Prior experience working with EPDM, TPO, and PVC roofing materials is required
- Proven ability to identify and repair roof leaks on commercial systems
- Familiarity with roofing safety procedures and OSHA regulations
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
• Qualified candidates should have a strong background in math, and basic computer/iPad skills.
