Strategic HR & Employee Experience Leader

Aero Controls, LLC. is seeking an Employee Resource Center Manager to lead HR operations at our Auburn, WA location. You will drive compliance, org design, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management and workers' comp programs. You will also oversee the ERC Events team and coordinate internal communications, newsletters, and HRIS integration. The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a commitment to a positive work culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr aerocontrols
