Head of Performance

For our client, we are seeking a Head Of Performance to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a consumer‑facing environment. Location: Palo Alto, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $230,000 – $258,000 annually Responsibilities Own and manage the topline revenue forecast across all marketing channels Maintain and refine a revenue model that links marketing efforts to customer revenue Set marketing channel targets and collaborate on spend allocation for efficiency Conduct detailed revenue variance analysis and recommend actionable insights Collaborate with data teams to enhance and automate revenue forecasting models Qualifications 10+ years of experience in investment banking or growth equity, or similar role in a marketing organization Proficiency in key financial metrics such as LTV and retention cohorts Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL and AI-assisted coding for data analysis Capacity to turn financial data into strategic business insights Strong analytical and technical skills to forecast revenue accurately Benefits Hybrid work environment with 3 days in the office Opportunity to influence major growth initiatives Collaborative work across multiple organizational teams Direct impact on capital allocation and business growth strategy Engagement with leadership for high‑level strategic planning Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
