Salary: $99,100 - 132,100 per year Requirements:

• We need 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, software engineering, enterprise applications, or technology consulting.
• We require 5+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience leading enterprise-scale implementations.
• Were looking for experience designing and delivering enterprise solutions across multiple business domains.
• We need hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Agents, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, or Workflow Data Fabric.
• We expect strong knowledge of solution architecture, integration design, APIs, cloud technologies, and security principles.
• We need experience communicating architecture strategy and technical decisions to both technical and business audiences.
• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: experience delivering Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, or LLM-powered solutions.
• Preferred: knowledge of AI governance, model oversight, responsible AI practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Preferred: experience with ITSM, HRSD, CSM, Employee Center, App Engine, or other ServiceNow product suites.
• Preferred: familiarity with TOGAF, enterprise architecture frameworks, and architecture governance practices.
• Preferred: experience supporting cloud modernization, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and observability initiatives.
• Preferred: ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, CAD, CTA, or AI-focused certifications.
• Preferred: experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries.
• Preferred: track record of leading innovation initiatives, proof-of-concepts, and enterprise transformation programs.
• We need the ability to participate in meetings, workshops, and presentations virtually and in person.

• We lead the architecture strategy, standards, and roadmaps for ServiceNow AI and intelligent automation solutions.
• We design scalable, enterprise-grade solutions using Now Assist, AI Agents, Workflow Data Fabric, and emerging AI capabilities.
• We develop conceptual, logical, and solution architectures that support business transformation initiatives.
• We partner with stakeholders, product teams, engineers, and enterprise architects to turn business needs into technical solutions.
• We establish AI governance, security, compliance, and operational guardrails aligned with enterprise standards.
• We guide implementation teams through architecture reviews, design decisions, integrations, and platform best practices.
• We evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve automation, productivity, and user experience.
• We mentor architects and engineering teams while promoting modern architecture, cloud, DevOps, and AI adoption practices.
