An exciting contract opportunity is available for a dedicated Special Education Teacher to make a meaningful impact in an elementary ASD Setting 3 classroom near Minneapolis, MN. Help shape positive educational outcomes for a small caseload of 6-8 students while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. This role begins ASAP and continues through June 11, 2027, offering stability and the ability to build lasting relationships with students.

Qualifications:

• Active Special Education (SPED) Licensure in Minnesota
• Valid Minnesota Teaching Certification
• Previous experience in special education settings preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and classroom management skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized instructional support to elementary students in an ASD Setting 3 classroom
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Coordinate collaboratively with other educators, therapists, and support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to student progress
• Engage with families and caregivers to ensure clear communication and support
• Uphold professional and ethical standards consistent with district policies
