Floor Manager
Mira Mediterranean & Hookah Lounge is looking for an experienced and professional Floor Manager to join our team. We are a high-volume Mediterranean restaurant and nightlife venue located in Midtown Manhattan. We are looking for a strong leader who can manage daily operations, support the team, and provide excellent guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily floor operations and service flow
- Manage and support servers, bartenders, and support staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and service standards
- Assist with staff coordination during busy shifts
- Monitor service quality and team performance
- Follow restaurant policies and NYC health & safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of management experience required
- High-volume restaurant or nightlife experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend and late-night availability required
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
