We are on the lookout for a talented Senior Accounting Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our expanding business units. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Complete all transactable demands and prepare accurate and timely financial statements for assigned business unit(s).
• Assist in creating, monitoring, and updating budgets.
• Maintain and reconcile all balance sheet and critical general ledger accounts.
• Document existing accounting systems, programs, and procedures while actively participating in the development of new and improved accounting systems.
• Identify errors or irregularities and propose enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Collaborate with external accounting firms for tax audits and tax return preparations when necessary.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of their professional growth and success.
• Lead, delegate, and review the work of junior staff members, providing mentorship and supporting their professional development.
• Assist in formulating and documenting business processes to ensure seamless coordination between accounting and operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction, real estate, or property management sector.
• Expert level proficiency in Quickbooks.
• Proficiency in PC or Mac platforms, with hands-on experience in MS Office, Google Suite, and web-based software. Knowledge of Appfolio and Streamline web-based software a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of their professional growth and success.
