POURING SUPERVISOR

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Pouring Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily plant operations and ensuring production schedules are met safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company goals. This role coordinates manpower, workflow, and resources across departments to maintain quality, productivity, and cost control. The Production Supervisor plays a key role in training employees, enforcing standards, and driving continuous improvement within the production environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Oversee daily pouring operations and workflow execution Manage schedules based on production control priorities Assign crews and schedule labor for pouring and finishing Determine sequencing and prioritize work based on project needs Coordinate across departments including engineering, drafting, and quality Monitor production efficiency and proactively address delays or defects #J-18808-Ljbffr Wells Concrete
