Our team provides coordinated services across multiple pediatric disciplines, creating opportunities for collaboration and comprehensive support for the children and families we serve. We are seeking a full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our practice and contribute to the continued development of our Occupational Therapy services. What You'll Do As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will: Evaluate children and develop individualized plans of care based on their functional needs. Provide engaging, evidence-based Occupational Therapy interventions. Address fine motor development, sensory processing, self-care skills, visual-motor integration, and other functional needs. Establish measurable treatment goals and monitor progress. Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to support carryover outside of therapy. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with members of each child's interdisciplinary care team. Contribute to the continued development of SEIT's Occupational Therapy services. Provide clinical supervision and oversight of Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) as the program expands, in accordance with applicable licensure, regulatory, and organizational requirements. Qualifications Current North Carolina Occupational Therapist license required. Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates with a strong interest in pediatric Occupational Therapy are encouraged to apply. CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to family-centered, high-quality pediatric care. Education Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited Occupational Therapy program required.
