ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase room revenue, group bookings, and event sales * Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate, group, and entertainment business * Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular communication and site visits * Prepare and negotiate contracts, rates, and proposals in line with hotel policies

• Conduct hotel tours for prospective clients and event planners
• Collaborate with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams to align

sales efforts

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions as required
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM and PMS

system

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• 2 years prior Hotels sales experience is required
• Proficiency in sales systems (Delphi), hotel PMS, and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of local NYC market dynamics and hospitality trends
• Self-starter, Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• BA in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field
