In this fast-paced role, you will deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care to medically complex patients requiring close monitoring. Responsibilities include continuous assessment, telemetry interpretation, safe medication and IV administration, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll support patient and family education while contributing to quality and safety initiatives.
