Responsibilities Customize personal lines insurance policy options, quotes, and educational materials for potential and current customers Identify and secure new business through creative sales tactics, including networking and cold calling Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits in order to recommend modifications, as needed Ensure up-to-date information within insurance company databases to effectively drive sales and current customers Maintain a high standard of customer service excellence when solving billing, policy change, claims, or coverage related issues Qualifications Valid, state issued insurance license is mandatory: Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License Strong aptitude for computer programs including Microsoft Office required; agency management system experience preferred Prior experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for personal lines Effective collaborator with a goal-oriented approach to achieving sales success Bachelor’s degree or equivalent insurance industry experience and a high school diploma are required Compensation Base salary of $60,000 per year + commission. #J-18808-Ljbffr WizeHire, Inc
