What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping team. Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards. Training and mentoring housekeeping staff to maintain consistency and quality. Managing inventory and ensuring proper stock levels of cleaning supplies and amenities. Addressing guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience. What We’re Looking For: Skills and Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related supervisory role. Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage a team. A keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
