Compensation & Benefits

✅ Starting Pay: $27.50 per hour

✅ Guaranteed 8 hours per day

✅ Overtime paid after 50 hours per week

✅ Weekly pay

✅ Average 2,000 miles per week

✅ Annual pay increases:

• After 1 year: $28.18/hour
• After 2 years: $29.05/hour
• After 3 years: $30.50/hour

Job Details

✅ Local dedicated operation

✅ Drivers are assigned start times

✅ Typical workdays range from 8 to 14 hours

✅ Consistent freight and year-round work

✅ Daily 10-hour reset

Schedule

✅ Must be willing to work any shift

✅ Current openings are for:

• 6:00 PM start time
• 9:00 PM start time

✅ No first-shift positions currently available

✅ Saturday work required approximately 3 times per month

Requirements

✅ Valid Class A CDL

✅ Minimum 3 months of Class A CDL experience

✅ Must live within 50 miles of Fort Wayne, IN

✅ Must be willing to work nights and flexible schedules

✅ Strong safety record and dependable work ethic
