Lead Registered Nurse Care Coordinator - Electrophysiology

Responsibilities include: Collect patient health data and develop individualized care plans. Implement interventions and evaluate patient progress. Collaborate with the healthcare team for patient care. Monitor and assist with patient flow. Advise staff on problem solving and clinic operations. Aids in hiring, training, and performance management. Requirements Associate Degree in Nursing from a CCNE or ACEN accredited nursing program. ACLS certification. Current Ohio Registered Nurse license. CPR/BLS certification. Knowledge of triage procedures and clinic experience. Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
