Personal Injury Associate Attorney
Location: On-Site | Century City, Los Angeles Schedule: Full-Time | Hourly, Non-Exempt Compensation: $140,000-$200,000 (DOE)

A rapidly growing plaintiff-side personal injury and elder abuse litigation firm in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join its Century City office. This role offers the opportunity to handle meaningful litigation work while advocating for injured individuals against insurance companies and large defendants.

The ideal candidate is litigation-driven, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow within a collaborative, trial-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Handle personal injury litigation matters from inception through resolution

Advocate on behalf of injured clients against insurance carriers and defendants

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation-related documents

Participate in depositions, hearings, and other court appearances

Work closely with paralegals and support staff to manage caseloads efficiently

Contribute to case strategy and overall litigation management

Assist in mentoring and leading team members as needed

Qualifications

Active admission to the State Bar of California

Prior experience handling personal injury litigation matters

Strong passion for plaintiff-side advocacy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High level of organization and attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment

Leadership mindset with the ability to guide and support staff within managed departments

Compensation & Benefits
