Senior IAM Engineer

Designing and implementing IAM technologies, the full-time Senior IAM Engineer will serve as a subject matter expert in identity and authentication services, focusing on customizing SailPoint IdentityIQ to support lifecycle processes and automated workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Lead the design, development, and optimization of SailPoint IdentityIQ, including custom workflows and integrations with systems like Entra ID and Active Directory Contribute to the execution of the enterprise IAM strategy by architecting secure, scalable solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements Manage the full lifecycle of IAM systems, including development, testing, deployment, and monitoring of SailPoint environments Required qualifications 3+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ development experience, including advanced customization and strong Java programming skills Experience integrating SailPoint IIQ with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, ServiceNow, and Workday Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, access governance, and common IAM standards Familiarity with leading IAM tools and supporting technologies such as Linux/Unix and Java/J2EE development Experience with DevOps/CI-CD tools and industry-recognized security certifications is preferred
