We're looking for a motivated Fleet/Exchange Sales Consultant to grow our commercial and fleet business while managing dealer trades and vehicle exchanges. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both business-to-business sales and inter-dealer logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial, government, and fleet customers to generate consistent fleet sales
• Identify and pursue new fleet and business account opportunities in the local market
• Quote pricing, upfit options, and delivery timelines for fleet and commercial vehicle orders
• Coordinate dealer trades and vehicle exchanges with other dealerships to locate specific units for customers
• Manage vehicle allocation, ordering, and inventory needs related to fleet and exchange deals
• Track order status and keep customers updated throughout the purchase and delivery process
• Prepare and negotiate fleet pricing agreements in line with dealership and manufacturer guidelines
• Coordinate with the sales, finance, and delivery teams to ensure smooth fleet vehicle handoffs
• Maintain accurate records of fleet accounts, exchanges, and sales activity in the CRM
• Stay current on Ford fleet incentive programs, commercial vehicle lineups, and upfit options
• Represent Mike Calvert Ford professionally at fleet-related events, trade shows, or business meetings as needed

• Prior automotive sales experience required; fleet or commercial sales experience strongly preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deals simultaneously with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with CRM software and basic computer systems
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and strong customer service orientation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Ford commercial/fleet vehicle lineup and incentive programs
• Existing network of local business, government, or fleet contacts
• Experience coordinating dealer trades or vehicle exchanges
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
