Position Overview

Physicians Rehab Solution is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join the team at OrthoVirginia in Blacksburg, VA. This outpatient orthopedic position offers full-time, part-time, and PRN scheduling options, with full-time preferred and up to 40 hours per week available.

The ideal candidate is a compassionate, motivated clinician with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and clinical support.

Role Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will work in a collaborative outpatient orthopedic setting treating patients of all ages with a variety of orthopedic conditions. This position provides the opportunity to build clinical skills, collaborate with experienced providers, and help patients achieve their mobility and functional goals.

Full-time PTs can expect to treat approximately 11 patients per day while maintaining a patient-centered approach and supportive work environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated starting compensation for this full-time position is approximately $80,000 per year, with increases based on experience and qualifications. Bonus opportunities are also available.

Schedule

Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Flexible scheduling options are available based on clinician availability and clinic needs.

Qualifications

Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia

Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

New graduate Physical Therapists are welcome and will receive training and mentorship

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating with physicians and clinical staff

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
