Ultimate Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse resident population while providing individualized therapy in a collaborative skilled nursing and post-acute care environment.
What You'll Do

Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy focused on communication, cognition, and dysphagia
Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies
Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license required
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred but not required
New graduates are encouraged to apply
