Front Desk and Marketing Coordinator

We have been serving the Berkley and Bloomfield Hills communities for nearly a decade. We are a small, tight knit team that genuinely cares about each other and every patient who walks through our door. We specialize in biomechanics and movement, and we take real pride in helping people move better and live better. We are growing and we are looking for the right person to grow with us. The Role This is a dual purpose position built for someone who loves people, understands healthcare, and knows how to create content that actually connects. You will be the first face patients see when they walk in and a key driver of how the world sees us online. Front Desk and Patient Interaction Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Schedule appointments, manage phone and SMS communication Assist with insurance verifications and front office coordination Support the clinical team and serve as the hub between patients and staff Gain real, meaningful exposure to the day to day of an outpatient physical therapy practice Marketing and Content Creation (dedicated responsibility, this is a must) Own our social media presence: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Shoot, edit, and post short form video content (Reels, TikToks, patient education clips) Create graphics and written content using Canva or similar tools Manage Google reviews, patient satisfaction follow up, and reactivation campaigns Track performance and help shape our digital marketing strategy Support community events, physician outreach, and local brand awareness Bonus Structure Your marketing work drives real results and you should share in that. Performance bonuses are tied to metrics like Google review growth, new patient leads from social media, follower engagement, and campaign milestones. Strong work gets rewarded beyond your hourly wage. Who We Are Looking For We are open to two types of candidates and you might be both: Marketing or Communications background with a genuine interest in healthcare and working with people face to face Pre PT, Kinesiology, Health Sciences, or pre med background with strong social media, video editing, or content creation skills Either way, the following are required Demonstrated experience with social media content creation (show us your work) Comfortable shooting and editing short form video (Reels, TikToks, etc.) Strong people skills because patients are your priority at the front desk Organized, self motivated, and able to manage multiple responsibilities Interest in the healthcare or wellness space Nice to have Canva, CapCut, or Adobe experience Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite familiarity Experience in any patient facing or customer service role Why DPT Real patient care exposure, ideal if you are on a healthcare career path Marketing ownership from day one, not just scheduling posts Bonus structure that rewards creativity and results A small team where your voice actually matters Two established locations in Oakland County Work alongside Doctors of Physical Therapy who invest in the people around them Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00/hourly, 30 to 40 hours per week.
