Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use. Role Purpose The Warehouse Receiving Coordinator manages inbound shipments, verifies documentation, maintains inventory accuracy, and resolves discrepancies. SAP experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify shipments against purchase orders. Process goods receipts and update inventory in SAP. Maintain receiving documentation and prepare reports. Identify damaged, missing, or incorrect items and coordinate returns. Assist with cycle counts, audits, and inventory control. Process RMAs and vendor returns. Follow safety, compliance, and warehouse procedures. Support process improvements and collaborate with internal teams. Experience/Education – Required 2–3 years of warehouse, receiving, logistics, or related experience. High school diploma or equivalent. SAP or ERP experience preferred. Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skills. Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods. Experience/Education – Desired Experience with SAP WM or MM. Knowledge of warehouse safety and inventory control. Familiarity with barcode scanners and automated inventory systems. Supply chain, logistics, or SAP training or certifications. Work Hours and Experience Schedule based on warehouse operational needs. Must support receiving activities and collaborate with internal teams. Travel Requirements 10% Travel This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The range for this position is $49,125.00 - $67,547.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
