Studio Manager

Lead and develop a global team of 7-9 editors Motivate, coach, and facilitate solutions to work problems Create an environment that fosters teamwork, collaboration, and creative thinking Understand production processes to identify areas for optimization Provide ongoing feedback to associates about their work Track and report on team and department productivity and efficiency Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders Help shape our strategy by identifying and driving innovations Requirements A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (don’t have a degree, but have real-world experience, apply!) 7+ years of work experience in editing, writing, journalism, communications or a similar field 2+ years of experience leading/managing teams and/or developing high-performing individuals and teams Ideal candidate has experience leading remote or hybrid teams Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Ability to thrive under pressure by confidently prioritizing critical goals Strong time management, planning and organization skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Core Competencies Demonstrates strong leadership in managing and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on fostering collaboration and innovation.
