NV5 is an ENR Top 500 firm; we offer a full range of professional services in offices throughout the U.S.ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an experienced civil engineer to assist in the growth and expansion of our land development engineering department. Duties and responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager include but are not limited to project design and permitting, calculations; familiarity with applicable FDEP, WMD, local, etc. codes and requirements and ensuring compliance; managing and communicating with project team(s), clients, and agencies; perform site visits as needed; and attend external meetings. Our Land Development projects include commercial, residential, municipalities, parks and recreation, subdivisions, utility work and more.Minimum of 8 years land development engineering experienceMinimum of 3 years project management experienceQualificationsBachelor's degree in civil or agricultural engineeringFlorida PE LicenseExperience with AutoCAD and Civil3DStormwater and utility experienceMust pass mandatory DMV checkWork environment and physical demands of this positionThe characteristics described below are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this position.
