Job title: Regulatory Consultant Grade: Dependent on experience Salary range: Dependent on experience, full time position We are looking for a Regulatory Consultant to support our growing portfolio of regulatory services under EU REACH, Ukraine REACH and similar chemical management regulations. As a member of the regulatory team, you will deliver regulatory and technical services directly to clients to fulfil compliance requirements associated with these regulations. You will oversee and coordinate the Only Representative contracts for manufacturers and formulators based outside of these regions, in addition to supporting clients within these regions as necessary. You will deliver and expand our services in a customer facing role and be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with colleagues, clients, international partners and authorities. Role & Responsibilities Provide regulatory and technical advice and support for clients with regard to EU REACH, Ukraine REACH and similar chemical management regulations Interpret and understand complex chemical management regulations and in turn communicate these clearly to clients Project management of Registration and Notification compliance activities Engagement in public consultations and direct interaction with authorities Setup and management of Only Representative contracts Management and expansion of business in strategic regions Close cooperation with colleagues from all departments within the company to deliver multi-disciplinary services Implementation of customer‑oriented services such as training and webinars Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Fluent in German (spoken and written) and proficient in English. Ukrainian language skills are desirable Comprehensive knowledge of the EU REACH regulation and guidance, with direct experience of registration submissions and other associated processes Good working knowledge of other chemicals legislation is desirable, e.g. other REACH‑like regulations, CLP, safety data sheets, biocidal products Demonstrable experience in delivering regulatory compliance projects involving internal and external stakeholders Demonstrable experience with the IUCLID software Experience using ECHA’s REACH‑IT platform for submissions At least 3 years professional experience in a similar regulatory role University degree in a natural science such as (eco)toxicology, chemistry or environmental sciences Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills Strong communication skills, customer orientation and business acumen Adaptable and capable of working under pressure towards deadlines Independent and well organised Staff Benefits Pension Scheme and Medical Benefits Generous holidays Professional Development Social Culture Flexible working #J-18808-Ljbffr Yordas Group
