Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm with on call 2 weekends and 15 shifts

Job Summary:
- Fulfills the needs of the patients, families and community by performing a variety of patient care functions and tasks in accordance with his/her licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements.
- Delivers care to patients in a competent, capable, caring and efficient manner.
- Applies knowledge of growth and development over the life span necessary to provide age appropriate care.
- Demonstrates the ability to obtain information and interpret information in terms of the patient s needs.
- Demonstrates an understanding of the range of treatment needed by these patients.
- Makes initial assessment, and determines appropriate nursing needs of assigned patients, as evidence by appropriate documentation.
- Performs initial and ongoing assessment on all assigned patients, including a review of systems, as evidence by appropriate documentation.
- Completes admission assessment in time frame established, according to policy and procedures.
- 3 years plus of IR experience is required.
- 2 Years IR Acute Care Experience Required.
- Neuro Stroke Experience Required.
- Cerner experience required.
- Active RN License, free of hits required.
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Required.
- Must live 100 miles away.
